Code for the protection of personal data
In compliance with art. 13 of the Italian Decree no. 196/03 which regulates the protection of personal data, we inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the aforesaid decree.
Purposes and methods of treatment
The personal data are processed within the normal activity of the company, according to the following purposes :
1 ) purposes strictly related to the management and execution of the contract ;
2 ) administrative and accounting purposes, in particular : fulfillment of fiscal or accounting obligations, customer administration, administration of contracts, orders, shipments and invoices, check of the reliability and solvency, breaches of contracts, warnings, debt collection procedures etc;
In relation to the aforementioned purposes the processing of personal data takes place by means of manual, computer and electronic technology and also by means of the organization in databases provided with appropriate systems and procedures that guarantee and ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. In any case the data protection is guaranteed even when the data processing is done by the use of the call center and the website .

Nature of conferment
The conferment of data is necessary for the management of the contract and for the fulfillment of obligations arising from civil and tax law and it is not compulsory . Any refusal from you would however cause the inability to establish and manage the relationship itself.
In addition to the acquisition of the personal data of the User registered, the service POZZONInvi@ can acquire other data arising from the preparation of the documents.
These data are communicated or transmitted to third parties only for the purpose of carrying out and providing the service.
